Turkey Tetrazzini

Recipes > Meats

A wonderful, quick recipe for some of that leftove turkey from the holidays.
Can be easily frozen and reheated later for a quick meal after a long day at work.

If you have a vacuum sealer such as the "Food Saver" system, simply make up individual pouches, vacuum seal them and freeze. Then after you come home from that long day at work or have unexpected company for dinner, simply bring a pot of water to a slow boil, and place your sealed bag into it for about 10 minutes. Remove and plate.....that quick, that easy.

10 Oz. Mushrooms - Sliced Thin
2 Tbs. Garlic - Minced
5 Tbs. Butter - Unsalted

2 Cups Chicken Broth (you can also use beef broth)
1/4 Cup Dry white wine
10 oz. Spaghetti
3 Cups Cooked Turkey - Coarsely Chopped
1 Cup Frozen Sweet Peas - Cooked
2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Freshly grated
1/3 Cup Fine Bread Crumbs
