Thanks again to Matt Martinez.....You were a genius. This is a very versatile spice mix which can be used on all types of beef , chicken, pork etc.
Use it on any cut of beef, pork or chicken while the meat is cooking. Imparts a very authentic south-of-the-border flavor.

Mix ahead of time in any quantity and store in a sealed shaker.
· 3 Tbs + 2 tsp - Ground Cumin
· 3 Tbs - Granulated Garlic
· 2 Tbs - Salt (preferably Kosher salt)
1 Tbs - Coarsely ground Pepper
