Grizzly'sBBQ

Although I call it a Basic Rib Rub, It can be used on most any cut of pork or beef. Make it in advance and keep it in an airtight container for use at any time.

2 Tbs each of:

• Salt
• Sugar
• Brown Sugar
• Cumin
• Chili Powder
• Fresh Ground Pepper
• 1 Tbs - Cayenne Pepper
• 1/4 Cup - Paprika

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
