This is an excellent website with a ton of information from barbecuing tips and techniques, recipes and even a buyer's guide where a number of grills and accessories are tested and evaluated.
The site was created by Craig Goldwyn, aka "Meathead", who is based in the Chicago area. He is an accomplished journalist and has written for the Chicago Tribune and Washington Post. A self professed "hedonistic evangelist", Meathead professes to be "an eater, drinker, writer, photographer and teacher" and has had the privilege of judging barbecue from Kansas City to Memphis, and wine from California to Italy.
