Cooking is a passion of mine, especially cooking outdoors.

Good cooking comes from experience, experimentation and the courage to try new and different things.

I am not into cooking as an “ART” I am into cooking as an “Experience”. The experience and the taste are more important to me then how “Pretty” it looks on a plate.


On this website I will be sharing recipes, techniques and information that I have collected over the years along with a frequently updated blog.


If you are a novice or beginner these will give you a jump start to developing your own style of cooking.

If you’re a long time cook, you have already developed your own style. Hopefully you can pick up a tip or a new recipe to add to your collection.


Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the most important thing to remember is.......

Grizz’s Blog - This is where I show you what I have been up to. Everything from Brisket, Pork Butt, Pizza, even Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

Hints / Tips - Helpful hints and tips. Everything from what tools to have on hand including recommendations of mine for tools that I find very helpful. Also have the basics of meats, especially Briskets. Where they come from....how to prep and cook them etc.


Other - Brines, Breads, Pizzas.....most everything not normally cooked on a grill.
